2025 UCMS Wrestling Tournament
On Saturday, January 18th, the Maverick wrestling program will host the Union County Middle School Wrestling Tournament. There will be a total of 9 schools wrestling. We will host the tournament at the high school and will have 4 mats going at once. As you can imagine, this is a big day for our wrestling program. We will need EVERYONE to jump in and help to make it an awesome experience for all Union County wrestlers. Please click on the links below to participate.

Hornets Game - April 6th @ 1PM
Please join us for a fun day out as the Charlotte Hornets take on the Chicago Bulls! Discounted tickets are available via this link with kick back from every ticket sold benefiting Marvin Ridge Middle School!

COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Every month, the PTSO Community Outreach Committee connects MRMS to various initiatives to foster involvement in the local and surrounding communities. The aim is to involve students and families with organizations that offer exposure to community needs with opportunities to contribute and more. Marvin Ridge Family Dinner Nights
Our families love eating out, especially when they can also help support the PTSO! We try to have a Spirit Night every month.

FUNdraisers
Got Sneakers?
We have partnered with Got Sneakers? - a recylcing organization to turn old sneakers into cash and keep then out of landfills! We will collect your used sneakers and cleats each month. Donations can be dropped off in the bins in front of the middle school entrance. See below for the next collection dates.
Fall Family Photo Days
The PTSO works with Karen Morneau Photography to offer multiple days of family photo sessions for our MRMS community as a fundraiser.

The PTSO arranges for exclusive discounted tickets with VIP access to a pre-game fan experience for MRMS students, teachers and staff. This is a great opportunity to get the kids to experience a Spectrum Center experience and cheer on our hometown NBA team!
