Mavs Helping Hands Program
The MAVS Helping Hands Program is designed to help our fellow students who need our help. We are directly helping students within our own school and community who have needs that we as a community can help fulfill.
Helping others see the light at the end of the tunnel...
Want to help but want us to shop for You? We Can!
Would you like to help but don't have the time to shop nor want to send in items? We can do it for you! Just Venmo the MRMS PTSO and place in the comments section "Angel Tree" or "Food Drive". Venmo donations are preferred so that all money is received by the PTSO without added fees. If you need to make alternate arrangements for payment options, please contact our treasurer.

LOOK FOR COLLECTION BOXES
(Thanksgiving Break & Winter Break)
Collections: NOV & DEC
Our Food Drive is dedicated to providing meals for our students during long durations away from school such as holiday breaks.
Thanksgiving is right around the corner and our goal is to provide each family with enough food while away from school.
We are asking for your help in assisting us in making a difference during this holiday season by donating NON perishable foods.
There will be a clearly labeled box at the front entrance of the school starting November 1 for the donations. You can send in with students or drop off in the provided box at the office.
Please have all donations in by November 10.
Non-Perishable Food Goods:
Easy Open Containers work best.
MAVS Personal Hygiene Kit
The PTSO provides personal hygiene products to our fellow MAVS students. Personal hygiene products are an ongoing need for some MAVS students and our PTSO tries to provide much needed supplies throughout the year. (Hygiene Kits can also be found on the MAVS Angel Tree for the Winter Break.)

MAVS Angel Tree
MAVS students in need are supported by their peers with the MAVS Angel Tree for Winter Break & the Winter Holiday.
This giving tree was designed to help our fellow students receive much needed supplies and in some cases a gift or two to make their holidays a little brighter. This is also done in conjunction with our MAVS Food Drive for the Winter Break to feed our MAVS families in need of a little kindness.
